These terms apply when you buy from Music Man at www.music-man.com. Music Man is a brand of Ernie Ball, Inc. (“Ernie Ball”, “we” or “us”). Ernie Ball, Inc. is located at 4117 Earthwood Lane, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Privacy Policy, which are part of them.

Orders, prices and availability

Your confirmation email means we’ve received your order. It’s final once it ships.

Need to cancel? Email us at [email protected] as soon as you can and we’ll do our best. We move quickly, so sometimes an order has already shipped by the time we see your message. If so, you can still send it back under our Return Policy.

We work to keep prices, descriptions and stock accurate, but mistakes happen. If an item is listed at the wrong price or turns out to be unavailable, we may cancel the order, even after it has been confirmed, and refund any payment in full. If the correct price is higher, we will contact you first so you can choose to buy at the correct price or cancel.

Occasionally we can’t fill an order, for example one addressed to a freight forwarder, one that looks like it’s for resale, or one we think may be fraudulent. When that happens we’ll let you know and refund you in full. We may cancel any order for any reason, even after it’s confirmed.

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment

You agree to pay the total shown at checkout. If you pay with a financing option, that provider’s terms also apply.

Shipping, returns and warranty

How and when we ship is covered in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered in our Return Policy. Product defects are covered by the warranty that comes with your product.

Reviews and other things you post

Every review is read by a moderator before it is published. We may decline or remove a review, for example if it is off-topic, abusive or contains personal information, but we will not change what it says.

When you post a review or anything else on our site, you confirm it is your own honest experience and that you have the right to share it. You give Ernie Ball permission, without payment, to display, reproduce and share it, together with the name you post under, on our websites, in our marketing and with our retailers. You keep ownership of what you post.

Limits on our responsibility

Our team often does more than these terms require. They set the minimum, not the limit. We stand behind what we sell through our Return Policy and our product warranties. Beyond those, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost income or business, that result from a delay or a problem with an order. This does not affect any rights you have under the law.

Resolving problems

If something isn’t right, email us at [email protected]. We’ll make it right, and most issues are sorted out quickly. If we still can’t agree after 30 days, either of us may take it to small claims court.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any other dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts of San Luis Obispo County, California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
