Ernie Ball Music Man StingRay - Natural 45th Anniversary Prototype

The StingRay 45th Anniversary Prototype is a meticulously crafted bass guitar that pays homage to Music Man's 70s era of American workmanship. Originally intended for release in late 2021, these basses were unfortunately shelved due to the pandemic and its ongoing impact on supply chains and our production capacity. Only 5 prototype models were created, making them truly limited edition.

Featuring a stunning ash body with a natural polyester finish, these basses faithfully replicate the original StingRay specifications. They include an Alnico-loaded humbucking pickup, a 2-band preamp, a 21-fret 3-bolt figured maple neck with micro-tilt adjustment, and a strings-thru-the-body bridge with adjustable mute pads. This instrument exudes a classic vintage-inspired vibe, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern playability and reliability.

To ensure the safety and authenticity of the StingRay 45th Anniversary Prototype, each guitar is carefully packaged in a Mono case and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
