ERNIE BALL MUSIC MAN RETURN POLICY

 

All returns must be made within 30 days of ship date. 

 

All returned items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear or damage. 

 

All returned items must include all original packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, etc. (if applicable). 

 

There is a 20% minimum restocking fee on all returns. Additional fees may be incurred and charged if the item is damaged or require repair. In the event the item is damaged or requires repairs the return may be refused.  

 

We will issue a prepaid shipping label for all returns. Shipping charges (both ways) will be deducted from the refund.

 

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the return policy or instrument are abused.

 

All returns must be initiated by contacting musicman_customerservice@ernieball.com. We will respond with an RA number and shipping instructions, including a prepaid shipping label. We will not accept returns without an RA number.

 

Sales and return rights are limited to the US.

 

Warranty service on direct instruments facilitated at the Music Man factory only.
